In every concept execution of automatic or semiautomatic machines, customer specific and individual production circumstances need to be reviewed and investigated. Individual mock-up studies under creation of wooden outlines allow to implement and demonstrate how to place the correct positions of glove ports, material interlocks, mouseholes, RTP’s and exit feeding scenarios. This one-to-one scaled design preview allows the correct execution in order to work in ISOLATORS, RABS or LAF work benches under ISO 5 and in accordance to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and harmonize operational standards as well as clean room specific work flows. 3-D models enable the integration of automatic robotized loading and handling systems from the beginning and projects an either-and-linked interface between an automated and human driven operation.
